I have spent 2 months for this project. Let's jump into it.  First of all, we start with multiple faces as usual, pick the best one to proceed. Adding the backhead. With the fringe, she looks funny, not a beauty at all. Looking much better now with almost-completed hairstyle.  Up to this stage, I wanted a rest, so I crafted the little decorations.  Since she got so many layers of clothes, the body can be crafted 'recklessly', it will not be visible later.   I think it all started with a tiny box-headed Miku as she whispered: 'You cannot afford all my figurine, at least you can build for yourself. Using paper, of course.' Then the next thing I know I was in the middle of the below project.    There is no specific order where we want to start first, it can be the background, toe to head or head to toe. I personally would like to start from the face, one of the most important and difficult part of a character papercraft. A good template designer would normally provide multiple copies for hands and faces, indicating these two areas have the highest possibility to be done goofed.  I got two faces in this case, not perfect but the right one is clearly not smooth enough between eyebrows. 'Smoothness' is the ultimate goal we want to achieve while building character papercraft. Backhead can be a relaxing part.
